Our October started off with all three of our location teams joining together for The Leaders of the Pride training with Katherine Eitel-Belt and her team at Lions Speak. We had a lot of fun learning and growing together and took home tools to help us grow as individuals as well as team players. It's always a lot of fun to get our teams together at one location, here's a little glimpse into our training day. I was nervous about the "unknowns" of tongue tie, and why breastfeeding was so painful for me. Dr. Darcy and her amazing staff are warm, welcoming and professional from the start! I felt comfortable and informed the whole time.

My toddler actually likes going to the dentist! I don't know if it's the way they talk to him, how the office is sooo kid friendly (movies, horse saddle, etc), or the fact he knows he gets a brand new toothbrush and toy to pick himself!
