THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES HOW HEALTH INFORMATION ABOUT YOU MAY BE USED AND DISCLOSED AND HOW YOU CAN GET ACCESS TO THIS INFORMATION.
PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY. THE PRIVACY OF YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT TO US.
The Health Insurance and Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal program that requires that all medical and dental records and other individually identifiable health information used or disclosed by us in any form, whether electronically, on paper, or orally, are properly kept confidential. HIPAA gives you, the patient, significant rights to understand and control how your health information is used. HIPAA provides penalties for covered entities, including our Practice, that misuse “protected health information” (PHI). PHI is information about you, including demographic information, that may identify you and that relates to your past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition and related health care services.
We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your PHI and to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to your PHI. We also have legal obligations to notify you in the event of a breach of unsecured PHI. This Notice of Privacy Policies takes effect on 03/24/2021, and remains in effect until we replace it. We are required to abide by the terms of the Notice of Privacy Practices that is in effect.
We reserve the right to change our privacy practices and the terms of this Notice of Privacy Practices at any time, provided such changes are permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to make any changes in our privacy practices effective for all PHI that we maintain, including health information we created or received before we made the changes. In the event of a change in our practices, we will provide you with a copy of the revised Notice of Privacy Practices through one or more of the following methods: posting the Notice of Privacy Practices to our website, mailing you a copy, or providing you a copy at your next appointment with us.
You may request a copy of our current Notice of Privacy Practices at any time. For more information about our practices, or for additional copies, please contact us using the information listed at the end of this Notice.

I was nervous about the "unknowns" of tongue tie, and why breastfeeding was so painful for me. Dr. Darcy and her amazing staff are warm, welcoming and professional from the start! I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. Dr.Darcy is knowledgeable, direct and incredibly kind. A great experience.
Today, I took all three of my kids here. My oldest I knew wouldn't have any issues, as he loves the dentist. My middle has had horrible experiences at the dentists and hates going, but they made him so comfortable that they were able to complete a full exam with X-rays! This is a huge accomplishments! My youngest is 2 and she did a full lap exam with the Dr without any issues! I cannot recommend this place enough.
Dr. Michelle is amazing with my son. He has autism and his first few visits were not very successful. However, they have gotten a little better with each appointment, thanks to the patience, kindness and flexibility shown by the team at Riverdale pediatric dentistry.
St Croix Kidds is the place to go to help kids feel good about the dentist. All of the staff are caring and responsive to questions or dental concerns. The dentists are thorough and positive. My kids look forward to their six-month check ups. The environment is collorful, fun and inviting. All-in-all a great experience.
The staff was friendly and the office is kid friendly. They were very good with both my kids. Happy with our experience and will be happy to call them our dentist.
I scheduled appointments for all 3 of my kids at the same time. We were in and out in about 20 minutes! The staff here is incredible! We recently moved 45 minutes away, but I continue to bring my children here. It is well worth the drive to know they are in a safe, friendly and efficient environment.
Love this place and they have an amazing team. The kids absolutely love the kid focused environment. They love all the wonderful ladies (especially Ms. Rachel) who are so gentle in their care for them. Dr. Beinlich has a great child like personality that really puts the kids at ease. You know you have found a great place when you tell the kids they have a dentist appointment and they get excited. All around this is a great place to trust with your little ones!
The staff here is amazing and super friendly. Dr. Tyler was amazing with my son today. Most patient office I’ve ever walked into. I am definitely pleased with our service today and can’t wait to go back.
I took my infant son for evaluation of a tongue tie. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming over looking the St. Croix river. The staff is kind compassuonate and you can tell they really love what they do. They were excellent at explaining what they were evaluating, what the procedure was going to entail and making sure you were able to do the therapy at home after to ensure the best results.
Wow! Great staff, Amanda was amazing and helped my son feel at ease. She is very good at her job and obviously loves working with kids. Dr. Meghan was great and fixed my son's teeth, making sure he was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely recommend to my friends! Thanks for all your care and patience with my son and for making it a smooth process for us too!
Had a great day with my two boys at St.Croix Kidds. They were both very engaged in their appointments and the Assistants and Dr Darcy explained the procedures well.. I would Highly recommend this pediatric office. My boys are always happy to go even if it is to get a filling. Lots of distractions to keep their minds busy so they don't worry !
We just has our first appt here and WOW!!! Love the office and the staff is all so nice. The dentist we saw is spectacular!
Friendly staff, easy to make appointments especially in an emergency! The kids like that they can watch a movie while having their teeth worked on.
Today was my 3 year old son's 1st visit to the dentist. I was very impressed with how they interacted with my son and how they made it fun. He also like receiving a toy at the end. I will definitely recommend this dentist office to my friends and family. 😀
Friendly, caring and curteous staff. Never feel pressure to "do more". And we are in and out in a flash. Love this place! And so do my kids!
Great staff, great dentists! They are so patient with kids who are hesitant about their visits. There is also a nice play area for kids who are waiting.
