Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Reimbursement amounts are not a guideline for quality care.
We are in-network providers for many dental insurance companies. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, we recommend that you call the number listed on your insurance card for verification of coverage.
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. If you have dental insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for the portion not covered by your insurance plan on the day of service.
If you do not have dental insurance, payment is due on the day of service in full. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Care Credit, and debit cards as forms of payment. There will be a $35 fee for returned checks.
As a courtesy, we will file your insurance for you. You will be responsible for the remaining balance not covered by your insurance company. Your insurance contract is chosen by you or your employer and is a contract between you and your insurance company.
Should you have to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment, we request that you provide us at least 48 hours notice. If two broken/missed appointments occur or two cancellations without at least 48 hours notice, we reserve the right NOT to schedule any subsequent appointments. We also reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $35 per child.
We offer the convenience of online bill payment. We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our online payment portal is safe, convenient, environmentally friendly and an inexpensive way for you to make payments. To make a payment securely online, just have your most recent statement from our office available. You will need specific information from this statement to make a payment on our site. You will now be re-directed to the online payment portal by clicking the button below.
*Please note: if you are sending your child with another caregiver other than yourself (the legal guardian), payment is still due at time of service and a caregiver authorization form needs to be signed by legal guardian before appointment.
