Dr. Madeline BeinlichDr. Madeline grew up in a family of dentists who believed that great care starts with empathy, patience, and making every patient feel at ease. That philosophy continues to shape the way she practices today. Treating each patient like family, her goal is to create a comfortable and personalized experience at every visit.
Her passion for dentistry began early, assisting her parents on mission trips to Jamaica, where together they helped establish eight permanent free dental clinics in underserved communities. What started as a childhood experience grew into a lifelong purpose, as Dr. Madeline now leads mission teams and provides care to patients of her own. These experiences continue to inspire her commitment to giving back, both locally and internationally. She continues to work and volunteer at non-profit clinics in the Minneapolis area aiming to help provide access to care for as many patients as possible.
Originally from the Chicago area, Dr. Madeline attended Marquette University for both her undergraduate studies and dental degree, where she met her husband, Dr. Mitch Beinlich. As a general dentist working alongside a team of pediatric specialists, Dr. Madeline especially enjoys caring for teens and young adults. She has a strong interest in surgical procedures, with a particular focus on wisdom teeth removal. She understands that this can feel like a big step for both patients and parents, and she takes pride in making the process as smooth, safe, and comfortable as possible. Her gentle approach, clear communication, and attention to detail help families feel confident and at ease every step of the way.
Outside the office, Dr. Madeline enjoys staying active through hiking, camping, jogging, and tennis. She loves to travel, explore new restaurants in the Twin Cities, and spend time in the kitchen cooking healthy meals. After living in Portland, Oregon during Dr. Mitch’s pediatric dental residency, the two spent four months traveling internationally before returning to the Midwest. In October 2025, they welcomed their son, Lou, and Dr. Madeline has embraced her newest and favorite role of being a mom.
Dr. Madeline is a lifelong learner and has completed many continuing education courses focusing on restorative dentistry, endodontics, sleep apnea, esthetic injectables, veneers, and extensive additional training in impacted wisdom tooth removal. In her time at Marquette University School of Dentistry she won the “Clinical Restorative Dentistry Award” and awards for her leadership on the Health and Wellness Committee for the school.
Dr. Madeline’s philosophy is simple – she treats every patient the way she would want her own family treated. She knows that for many parents, trusting someone with their child’s care, especially for procedures like wisdom teeth removal, can feel overwhelming. She prioritizes creating a calm, reassuring environment where patients feel comfortable and parents feel confident. By combining a gentle approach with strong clinical training, she strives to make each visit efficient and positive while emphasizing prevention and long-term oral health.
